Dr. Tang Bio
Dr. Tang is from Houston, Texas, where she spent her formative years. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Houston before embarking on her academic journey at the University of Houston College of Optometry, where she diligently pursued her Doctor of Optometry degree.
During her education, Dr. Tang completed internships at institutions such as Coastal Eye Associates and Sam Houston Army Base in San Antonio. These experiences were specialized in ocular disease and the co-management of refractive and cataract surgery.
Dr. Tang and her team are firmly committed to providing excellent eye care and unmatched customer service to every patient. Her main goal is for each patient to leave knowing that all their eye care needs have been expertly met. Dr. Tang is licensed in Texas to perform comprehensive eye exams and to diagnose, treat, and manage various eye infections and diseases.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Dr. Tang revels in quality moments spent with her husband and two children. During her leisure hours, she finds great pleasure in exploring local culinary delights and embarking on enriching travel adventures. Dr. Tang is an esteemed member of the Central Texas Optometric Society, Texas Optometric Association, and American Optometric Association.
Dr. Tang is deeply committed to her work and takes great pride in offering eye care services to the South Austin community for over 10 years.
